Quality Control

Material: material booked per drawing, and supply the material certification;

Staff self-inspection: when first products make out, the staff should check the details if all the same as drawing;

1/3, 1/2,3/4 casual inspection: with the casual inspection to check if the toolings is under the normal conditions, usually the machining is adjust in state, it should be the same production make out, except the tooling not in good state.

Full inspection: Use the AQL stanards to make the corresponding detection
