Product Description

Our SA Series Helical Worm Gearbox is a versatile unit that has various input and output configurations. The gearbox can be directly motor-coupled, or with an IEC B5/B14 motor flange or mounted with CHINAMFG input shaft. The output configurations are just as flexible and include CHINAMFG output shaft, CHINAMFG output shaft with flange, hollow output shaft, and hollow output shaft with flange. The Helical Worm Gear Unit Series S/SF/SA/SAF has various mounting options, including foot or flange-mounted and CHINAMFG shaft or hollow shaft. The hollow shaft comes with either a keyed connection, shrink disk, splined hollow shaft, or Torque Arm.

Technical Data:

Our gearbox is made with high-quality materials, such as cast iron/ductile iron for the housing and 20CrMnTi alloy steel for the gears. The gears have a surface hardness of HRC58°~62° and a core hardness of HRC33~40. The input/output shaft is made of 42CrMo alloy steel with a hardness of HRC25~30. The gears have accurate grinding with 6~5 Grade machining precision. The lubricating oil used is GB L-CKC220-460 or Shell Omala220-460. Our gearbox has a high efficiency of 94%~96%, depending on the transmission stage, and a noise level of 60~68dB.
